In consideration of use of the service, you as a home seller represent, warrants,  and agree to that:

a) You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract; b) You are an owner of the property and have the legal right to offer it for sale; c) The property is located in the Caribbean;  d) Your purpose in listing your property on this site is to locate a buyer; you agree to: e) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your property and f) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. g) If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, OwnerDirect.org has the right to terminate your listing and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. h) You are not an Agent and will not act on behalf of an Agent; i) The property is not currently listed with any Agent; j) You will submit only one listing for each property that you own; k) OwnerDirect.org disclaims any liability arising from and the accuracy of any endorsements posted by a Seller.
